High Performance Drivers Education

Overview

HPDE is a great way to enjoy your BMW at speed in a safe, fast and fun environment. Modern sports cars offer performance that can't be legally or safely explored on the road. Our experienced instructors will help you learn how to drive the track and help you build skills for both the track and for the road.

Drivers will be grouped with others with similar experience. Novice and Intermediate drivers will be paired in car with experienced instructors to help build confidence and skills while Advanced Drivers will drive solo.

All hardtops and SAVs are eligible to participate. Start with your well maintained daily driver and start down the slippery slope to dedicated track cars. It is that addictive.

Typical Schedule:

  • 7:00 AM Check In
  • 8:00 AM Instructors Meeting
  • 8:15 AM Drivers Meeting

Prepare Yourself and Your Car:

Tech Inspections

The safe condition and operation of your vehicle is your responsibility. We highly encourage that a qualified shop inspect your vehicle. If you are a qualified individual and are confident you have the skills and expertise to inspect your own vehicle, you may do so, however it remains your responsibility to confirm that your car is safe and meets the inspection standards at each event. Note: Brake fluid must be changed at least every 6 events or one year, whichever is sooner.

Tech Forms Found in Driver Education Resources

Registration opens 6-8 weeks before each event
