Are you wondering which is the best M Car? Are you ready to show off your M Car? Are you just wanting to hang out with other M Car peeps and geeks? Then we have good news for you…M Car Day is happening at Griot’s Garage September 14! If you have an M Car, then you can reserve a spot on the Griot’s lot and show off your car and mingle with other M Car owners. Registration will be via MotorsportReg and only costs $10. There are only 200 spots, and registration will open in August approximately 30 days before the event. We’ll also hold a raffle with proceeds going to a local charity.

We are using a registration process again this year to ensure those with M Cars who want a spot on the field can get one. If we do not get enough M Cars to fill the 200 spots, then the field will be opened to other “M-ish” (e.g. M-Performance models) cars of interest several days before the actual event so watch your email for a subsequent Z-Mail if we get to that point.

For those of us without M Cars, it’s a good day to come out and see some very cool, and some very rare, M Cars owned by our friends and neighbors, as well as participate in our traditional raffle for BMW M swag and car care items from Griots, Hagerty, and BMW Northwest. We expect some new M Cars to look at from BMW Northwest as well. Griots also has a great facility to check out while you are there.

Please plan to roll in between 9:00 am–10:00 am so we can direct you to the appropriate section to park your M Car. We’ll park the M Cars by chassis type, so owners can “squad up” and compare notes.

Here’s the current game plan for the day:

• Griot’s Garage will provide each M Car owner in attendance with a free Car Care Product sample at registration. There will also be discounts in the store, so bring your shopping list.
• There will be some morning refreshments.
• Around 11:00 am a Griot’s Garage car care specialist will pick a lucky car from the attendees for a car care demo in their garage.
• Around Noon, we’ll have the always popular raffle for some great prizes!

The event will run until about 1:00 pm. Club and non-club members without an M Car are also very welcome to attend the event to enjoy the day and do not need to register.
